Terms and Conditions

    • The above offers are valid from 1 March to 31 October 2024.
    • All prices are subject to 10 percent service charge.
    • Children aged 3 to 11 years old are charged 50% of the adult price. 
    • Advance reservation and prepayment are required.
    • In case of no show or cancellation, no refund is provided.
    • Pool passes include unlimited access to the pool during the pool’s opening hours from 7am to 8pm on the day of reservation.
    • The included set lunch can only be used at the 4/F Pool Terrace. No outside food or drink is allowed at the swimming pool and the sun deck.
    • To ensure the safety of the guests, Kerry Hotel Hong Kong has the sole right and discretion to decide the opening and closing of the Swimming Pool under inclement and actual weather conditions.
    • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
    • In case of any dispute, Kerry Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
